Raising An UnPicky Eater!

Allowing your toddler to listen to his own body’s cues will encourage happy and healthy eating habits.

Here are a few key priorities to encourage healthy and happy eating habits:

☞ Don’t push your kids to eat. Don’t comment on what and how much they’re eating.⁣

⁣☞ Do eat meals together whenever possible. Your child is watching everything you do and you can inspire positive eating habits purely by being a good example. ⁣

☞ Don’t make desserts a reward. Avoid good food/bad food labels. ⁣

⁣☞ Do let your kids feed themselves⁣

⁣☞ Don’t use screens to distract your child during meals. While it may seem to help early on, it will turn into a trap down the road. ⁣

⁣☞ Do include foods you know your child will eat at each meal. ⁣

⁣Lastly, you're not a good (or bad) parent based on what your child eats.
